Border Collie Puppies
To help guarantee the health of our puppies, we do extensive health testing on our breeding stock, including CERF exams (eyes), BAER tests (hearing), OFA clearances on hips & elbows, and DNA genetic testing for CEA, CL, & TNS.  Test clearances are posted on the parents' page and any questions you may have will be addressed.  All of our puppies are sold with a full health guarantee and 24/7/365 breeder support.  When you purchase one of our puppies you become part of the Imagine Border Collies family!

Cuddling Brothers
Selling puppies is not why we have border collies. We have border collies because we love the breed.  We are committed to producing healthy, structurally-sound puppies.  We take full responsibility for the puppies we produce.  Our goal is to find loving, lifelong homes for the border collies we do not keep.  Any puppy that is sold that cannot be kept by the new owner for any reason will be taken back by us -- at any time during the dog's life.  We do not breed indiscriminately.  We do genetic testing of our breeding stock to assure the continued health of our border collies and the breed.  We do not breed more than once a year, nor do we breed just to produce puppies.  Our goal is healthy, sound dogs that can compete in any venue.  Consequently, we do not always have puppies available.
A deposit (non-refundable) will place you on the puppy list.  If there is not a puppy that fits your needs in the current litter, your deposit can be applied to the next litter or refunded.  Please feel free to contact us regarding upcoming litters or information about getting on the puppy list.  We can also explain travel or shipping options on the puppies.

We strive to find the right home for our puppies.  (Reasons Not to Get a Border Collie Puppy!)  We screen our buyers very carefully so that the likelihood of a puppy being returned is reduced.  We have a puppy application (link below), perform phone interviews, and check references.  If you contact us for a puppy and you get the 3rd degree, please don't take offense.  We want "forever homes" for our puppies and have their best interest at heart!

Performance/show homes are given preference as border collies thrive where there is a job to do, but the right fit in a pet home is definitely not ignored.  Our dogs are bred to work — at herding, obedience or agility -- but also win in the conformation ring.  All puppies are AKC registered.

"Puppy Pile"
Too Cute! -- 8 week old tricolor puppy
All of our dogs live in our home with us.  Our puppies are born in our kitchen and raised "underfoot" as part of the family. We handle our puppies from the first day and they are carefully raised and socialized in our home as part of our family.  We follow the guidelines of The Bio Sensor program.  This is an early neurological stimulation program that is proven to improve a pup's ability to deal with high levels of stress, offers greater resistance to sickness, improved cardio vascular performance, stronger heart beats and stronger adrenal glands.  All of our puppies are started on their shots and a worming program before leaving for their new homes.  We CERF test (eyes) and BAER test (hearing) all our puppies before 7 weeks of age and we also microchip.
