What Melissa says about Skye:
"Skye gets along good with the kids and the other pets in our home. Recently he got to hang out at the local pet expo at our obedience club booth. He also got to be a demo dog at Sharon’s first herding seminar and he did great."
"He is officially in herding training and he is doing good so far. He has nice square flanks and his very good to his stock when working them. A USBCHA 'big hat' [whom] we had a lesson with recently, deemed Skye ready for training and he got to go a full lesson that day with nice results."
"Since we get so much time with daddy Sonic, I really notice the similarities Skye has with his dad. They have the same trotting gait that is clearly seen when they trot away together. He also has quirky sounds that are the same noises dad makes and his demeanor is similar too. So far, his talent in herding is shaping up nicely and maybe next year he will be ready for his first Novice USBCHA run."
